Seventy-eight suspects are in custody after a multi-agency operation led by the U.S. Marshals Service and Clayton County law enforcement swept through metro Atlanta. The operation, which ran from March 16 to April 3, also netted at least 46 illegal guns and 57 pounds of drugs, WSB-TV reported.
